兩個程度不高的人
在這裡
相遇

Two shooting stars
Fall
Meet on Earth

It's not translated word by word. "Stars" is not the meaning of 人。

This poem flashed into my mind when I was having a boring class.
I got the Chinese version first, then I quickly came up with the English version.
They got some different aspects toward love relationship.
I would explain that.
This English version poem means two ordinary young people fall in love.
When they are young, they are stars hanging on the sky.
In other words, they have potentials to be anything.
They are so young, so energetic, without any fetter.
But when they met and fell in the love with each other,
their potential was gone and they were bound together.
Losing the free magic forever.

The Chinese version, however, was brighter and much optimistic.
It says "two ordinary young people met each others' souls here. "
This describes the moment when two persons falling in love with each other.
With a bright view, optimistic view point: their life journey is just about to start.
