"Green" has become a popular English phrase. It means that something is good for the environment. Customers are looking for products that are "natural," "pure," and "made from recycled material." They feel good about helping the Earth and about buying food and cosmetics that are healthier for their bodies. Anita Roddick sensed this when she founded The Body Shop in 1976. She advertised cosmetics that were "100 percent pure" and boasted that the products of The Body Shop were not tested on animals. Also, she said The Body Shop did not take unfair advantage of the workers in poor countries.
For some people, this sounded too good to be true. In 1994, reporter Jon Entine wrote a famous magazine article disputing Roddick's claims. He said that The Body Shop cosmetics were actually only 1 percent pure. Entine also pointed out that most of the ingredients in The Body Shop's products were, indeed, tested on animals. This prompted Roddick to change the phrase on her cosmetic labels. Instead of "not tested on animals," it became "against animal testing." Later, other critics joined in. The London chapter of Greenpeace accused The Body Shop of exploiting poor workers.
Today many other "green" companies face similar criticism. Are products marketed as "green" really good for environment, or do products simply claim that they are so they can make more money? It's a tough question. Thanks to writers such as Entine, however, one thing is certain: They are less likely to trust the manufacturer's word.

Sunya babe:
here they are.
I have not yet converted all of them into usable txt. But these are enough to build an initial corpus.
We are going to build a corpus for two dyslexics teenagers.
They are my tutoring students and I am lucky to have real participants to test my hypothesis.
So far they've had some observable progress by applying my method after three months of tutoring.
We got five hours of tutoring and practice each week.

I am trying to Find out the most frequently used lexicons in the exams.
Of course not for those useless segments: a, the, you, I (A) (B) (C) (D), Mary, and Chinese instruction
We had done it at least once in the course.

Anyway, a start is better than never start.
See how the kids react to the list of most frequent-used words filtered by scientific method.
Maybe they will really put some effort on remembering them.
After two weeks of using it we will find out the results.

### For Prof. Liu
I just happened to have the chance of building one for them, and I want to share my experience and results of applying them with you.
I look for the codes we did but I figured out I had forgot almost all of them.
I can not even find a complete pieces of them since I store them into pdf or evernote or gmail
But the search function wouldn't be OK for the code pieces!

Here's a savior, a useful online IDE environment for anyone
I can save up my written pieces and come back reviewing them in one single place.
I also recognize the importance of using Py3. They do better in some ways.

Have a nice Christmas!
I've had some progress since 2015 summer vocation.
My focus is on analyzing the data gathered by eye-tracking machine.

I am lucky enough to have a chance to patch all these together even I have to work part-time all the time. I am in the TMU library, which is a far better working place for me.

I may need exact height data for reversing Y-axis to do exact mapping

Hello:

I found the Y axis need to be reversed
Here's why:
Look at the initial of fixation we would find it locates at the down-left on the map.
But our trial begins from the top-left.
I figure it was the Y-coordinate got reversed.
So I made some overlapping, but I still found some obvious mismatch on ROI map.
Since I only resized the graph manually.

Do we have a specified region so that I can know how much I have to do conversion?
Like 800-y=y"
Y" is our desired correct y-axis. 800 is the actual height of our trial height.

Noted,
Howard

Some of my wasted effort to help dyslexia student

I try my best to help my student
But I wonder if my effort would worth it.

The problem is he and his mom do not believe in the need of working hard.
Even if I prepared the most frequently-used lexicon for him, he would have difficulty of memorizing them.
I do the computation via python and make a list of things like these.

He would not even try to memorize and learn these vocabulary.
I have strong doubt on if all these effort would worth it?
Sigh
